Presenting the work of seven early-career artists, ‘Body Mould’ curated by Maddalena Iodice subtly challenges the stigmatisation of the body as a site of unsettling erotic energy and monstrous flesh. Reclaiming these notions, the show plays as an invitation in tearing apart, revealing our innermost depths and in doing so reclaiming our bodies, our language, creating words of our own “to speak our history, our dancing, our loving, our work, our lives.
